Anthony Kelley is the Founder and CEO of LUXREI, LLC. He has over 20 years’ experience in the urban real estate & foreclosure market. He has been a specialist in opportunistic property acquisitions
since 1987 when, at 18 years old, he began knocking on doors in Compton, CA to find listings. His ability to
find good opportunity, while assisting the community has become a hallmark of his approach to business
ever since. From 2001-2003, he was a partner with HUD/LA Family Housing and the Enterprise Home Ownership Foundation, a non-profit home ownership program targeting low-income housing repositioning for resale. From 2004-2008, Kelley was the founding member for Titan Acquisitions and Consortium, LLC 1 and Consortium, LLC 2. The companies were formed to joint venture with HUD-approved nonprofits by providing capital and development to acquire HUD properties. In 2009, Kelley started a fintech firm called
IDIGIRE, which combined real estate brokerage management tools with property investment analysis and
crowdfunding tools in one integrated platform.
• The creation of this platform provided an intersection for back office and deal funding in one place. In 2020,
LUXREI was conceived by combining experiences from previous company strategies into one vision. In
addition, Kelley is a Founder of RYZ, a community development non-profit, which will provide quality modular housing to rebuild underperforming, at-risk neighborhoods throughout the country.
CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE & APPROACH: The enterprise home ownership foundation and HUD program required tome with burn damage and asbestos be stripped to the studs and rebuilt with all new materials. Kelley and his team rebuilt to modern standards over 50 homes in the burn damage and asbestos siding category. Kelley started his building journey under the guidance of his parents, who sparked a passion and fascination with customization of the California home style: from bungalows, craftsman, and Spanish to mid-century. Anthony has touched them all and with his years of experience, passion for design and a forward-thinking approach to materials, his craftsmanship will continue for years to come
